
Small Group Strength Training
Small Group Strength Training is the perfect blend of group fitness and personal training, capped at just 4 participants so you get plenty of individual attention. We’ll focus on building fundamental strength with proper form—ideal for beginners learning to lift or experienced lifters looking to refine their technique.
Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6am, 7am, and 8am. After purchasing a drop-in or session package, you’ll be sent a link to schedule your class at a time that works for you.
Training is built on progressive overload, helping you consistently get stronger over time. Plus, you’ll have access to my training app to track workouts, measure progress, and stay accountable.
Each week includes:
Squat Day – Master lower body mechanics and build leg strength
Upper Body Day (Push/Pull) – Strengthen and balance your upper body
Hinge Day – Improve hip strength and posterior chain power
This is a supportive, non-competitive environment—just steady progress alongside like-minded people.
