Small Group Strength Training (3:1) sessions listed here are single-session drop-ins open to the public. These sessions are high-touch and priced higher than package and monthly subscription rates.
Clients interested in group training who are ready to commit—but don’t have two others to consistently join them—may purchase a 3-month group training package or monthly subscription as an individual enrollee directly from this page. You’ll still receive structured programming, accountability, and meaningful savings compared to single-session bookings.
Clients interested in personal training 1:1, 2:1, or creating their own small group (3:1) consistently are encouraged to click the Training Inquiry tab to apply for a 3-month training package or monthly subscription, which include structured personalized programming, accountability, one complimentary 1:1 assessment session, priority booking, and significant savings compared to booking single sessions.
