Custom workout programs designed around your body, your goals, and your schedule.


This isn’t a cookie-cutter or pre-made plan—it’s structured with purpose. Please allow up to 2 weeks for program creation (often delivered sooner).

The Solo Build

  • One-time custom workout plan (4–6 weeks based on goals)

  • Delivered via my training app

  • Includes: exercise videos, rep/set guidance, progression notes

  • This option does not include messaging support

Ideal for: people who want some oversight but don’t need too much

The Guided Build

  • Everything from The Solo Build

  • Biweekly email check-ins

  • Adjustments to program once a month based on progress

  • This option does not include messaging support

Ideal for: people who want some oversight but don’t need too much

The Mentorship Build

  • Everything from The Guided Build

  • Weekly check-in form + video reply (or short voice memo)

  • Unlimited messaging (24–48hr response time)

  • Monthly form check review

Ideal for: people who need accountability and direct support, but can still train on their own

The Hybrid Build

  • Everything in The Mentorship Build

  • 1 live 30-min Virtual call per month (form checks, mindset coaching, movement screen, Q&A)

  • Personalized video library or recorded form feedback

Ideal for: people who need more coaching but without the full in-person schedule

Flexible payment plans are available—weekly and biweekly options at standard rates (contact us for this option). Save 20% by subscribing to a 3-month commitment with monthly payments made in full. Subscriptions are billed automatically every 4 weeks.
