Most clients train 90–120 minutes per session to support strength, volume, and recovery work. 45–60 minute sessions are available when needed — structure adjusts, standards don’t.

  • I coach a hybrid style that prioritizes:

    • Progressive overload for strength & muscle growth

    • Calisthenics and bodyweight mastery

    • Corrective exercise to clean up compensations and pain patterns

    • Conditioning that supports performance (not burnout)

All coaching services require a minimum 3-month commitment. This timeframe allows us to build strength, address movement patterns, and create sustainable progress without rushing the process.
